Q1. I missed checking the box on the initial access permission screen and cannot proceed.
No matter how many times I try, I cannot log in. Is there a solution?
A1. Currently, this issue cannot be resolved from within the app. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please log in to your account on the official Tesla website and follow the steps below to access the management page and adjust your settings.

・Account Settings > Security > Third-Party Apps > Charge and Stamp Management
By checking the boxes for Profile Information and Vehicle Charging Information in Charge and Stamp Management, you can use the app. (There is also a checkbox for Vehicle Information, but this does not need to be checked.)
If the issue persists, please try logging in again via the Charge&Stamp app after deleting access from the same management screen.
Q2. I haven't earned the stamp for the Supercharger I visited.
A2. Please check if it is listed in the past list on the charging history page.
If it is listed, there is a high possibility that the app is not processing it properly, so please take a screenshot of the history page and contact us at the following address.
If it is not listed, there is a possibility that Tesla has not been able to properly retrieve/store the history.
Please check your charging history from the official Tesla app.
